How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during holidays and peak seasons.

Do you travel outside Orlando?

Yes. We service Central Florida and select destinations. Travel fees may apply.

Is the hotel included?

No. Clients book and pay for their hotel, resort, Airbnb, or accommodation separately.

Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new approved date if rescheduling is needed.

My goal is simple: create moments that feel personal, elegant, and unforgettable from the second you walk into the room.

Booking Policies

Please review before booking.

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable 40% deposit is required to secure your booking date.
Remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled setup.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Rescheduling & Weather

Deposits may transfer to an approved new date if rescheduling is needed.
Weather-related outdoor cancellations may be rescheduled based on availability.
Bookings within 7 days require a $100 rush fee.

Hotel & Resort Policies

Package pricing does not include hotel, resort, Airbnb, or accommodation charges. We collect reusable decor items when applicable, but general cleanup, housekeeping, trash removal, and accommodation cleaning remain the responsibility of the hotel, host, or guest.
